Walk My Way in the Top End? In that heat?

That's the reality of the refugee experience. Walking into Kenya and Dadaab is rarely in mild conditions.

Join the community of Good Shepherd Lutheran College and walk the journey along the bike trail from the Howard Springs campus to the Leanyer campus.

Meet at the Howard Springs campus at 6.30am, ready to walk and beat the heat.

Every step is a step in solidarity with refugees and a chance to help a child go to school.

What if I can't get to Darwin?

You can join us in SA, WA or QLD OR you can hold your own Walk!

If you want to do a Walk at your school, church or with friends, click here to find out how.

If you want to do a Walk by yourself, click here to find out how.

Can I run instead of walk?

Yes, runners are very welcome; however, be aware that there will not be a truck to carry packs along the track. Also, bear in mind that it will be hot and there will not be any drink stations along the way.

Run?? I can hardly walk!

That's OK - there are so many other ways to participate! Sponsor a walker, sponsor a team, pray or simply donate.
